Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst with 1 year of hands-on experience in understanding business needs, documenting requirements, and bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of documentation practices, analytical thinking, and understanding of software development methodologies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Prepare and maintain BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD (Functional Requirement Document), and SRD (System Requirement Document).
Develop and visualize Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) to represent system processes and interactions
Create and manage User Stories and ensure traceability of requirements.
Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
Participate in requirement review meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Support Agile and Waterfall project execution methodologies as per project needs.
Assist in preparing test cases, UAT support, and validating solutions against business needs.

Strong experience in BRD, FRD, and SRD documentation.
Proficiency in Data Flow Diagram (DFD) creation and analysis
Experience with User Stories and understanding of User Journey / User Storage.
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or Lucidchart is an added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
