Business Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for software development projects. The candidate will collaborate with clients, project managers, UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and support successful project delivery.

1.Bachelor’s Degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology ,Business Administration, Engineering Software Development ,Any related field

Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
Ensure that delivered solutions align with business objectives, project requirements, and customer expectations.
Support the validation of implemented solutions against approved requirements.
Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies for new features and change requests.
Track project requirements and maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare project documentation, Meeting Minutes (MoM), and project status reports.
Work closely with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and resolve functional queries.
Assist in preparing test scenarios and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documentation.
Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain: Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) ,System Requirement Documents (SRD) ,Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)
Create User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, and User Journey Maps.
Develop Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Process Flow Diagrams, Wireframes, and Workflow Diagrams.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to define user experiences, application workflows, and functional requirements.

Business Analysis Requirement, Gathering and Analysis BRD, FRD, SRD, and SRS Documentation, Functional Analysis ,Process Analysis ,Gap Analysis, Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) ,Stakeholder Requirement Management

1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Software Development or a related field.
Selected freshers will be required to sign a minimum 2-year employment agreement with the company.
Strong knowledge of requirement gathering, business analysis, documentation, and software development processes
Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Freshers with strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Experience working on Web, Mobile, or Enterprise Software Applications
Ability to manage multiple projects, requirements, and priorities simultaneously.
Understanding of UI/UX principles and wireframing tools such as Figma
Knowledge of API documentation and testing tools such as Swagger and Postman .
Exposure to AI, IoT, Robotics, Automation, or other emerging technology projects will be an added advantage
Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
